After you say yes. She has to say she will call You. Busted down the Road was returned to jail but had weapons and money.
I think in the Excitement of having 4-stars she wasn't able to say she would call me. I assumed I would have the Bonus of dating her. I didn't. Not until she said she would call me. Then the game will notify me with that lovely black box on the screen.
