For a start it would be banned (which should obviously not stop you from running if you wanted to anyway), but given that speedrunning on that version finds noticable interest it would be considered to add seperate categories, this happened with SM74 and Mario's Nightmare 64 already. Formerly banned runs would of course become valid at that point.
