Break The Targets was previously showcased as a Level Leaderboard, but with the transition of the possible addition of Subspace Emissary ILs, we've decided to move the entire BTT board over to the Miscellaneous section on the Full-game Leaderboard.

I think that's a good change. Makes the leaderboards look neater in my opinion.

Since the category is moved to the Full-game Leaderboard, the addition of Solo & Co-op subcategories have been applied.
