In Battle For Dream Island Again 5b, we are using IGT for ILs and RTA for full game. Since the default timing method is IGT, it makes it so that full game runs show by IGT PBs and not RTA PBs. Is there a way to change the default timing method for single categories? Should we remove the IGT from full game runs and put them in the description?
edit: I've since moved IGT to the description of full-game runs to fix the issue
As far as I know the site doesn't offer this functionality yet, it's something I'd also like to see. The workaround you suggested is the best there is so far; remove the stat that's irrelevant for a specific category. You've then just got to hope that it's clear to runners which they're supposed to be tracking, so make sure it's explicitly stated in rules.
For me I find that there will be two "winners", one being best real time, one being best in game time. However, both display as in game time. So if someone's in game time is 20 minutes and have a real time of 30 minutes, and someone has an in game time of 15 minutes with a real time of 35 minutes, on the View All page for Individual Levels, the person with a 20 minute ingame will be displayed as the winner instead of the 15 minute person. Opening that level shows otherwise, and could confuse people on who is actually winning in a category. Probably should just be a setting on what to display and then who wins.
