Well, if you submitted a game and it was rejected, then the rejection also comes with a reason for the rejection. Read that first and reflect on its meaning.

Our standards for accepting games has changed over time, so existing games don't set precedence for new games.

Valorant would need to have some sort of Story Mode/Campaign (non-pvp) for it to be accepted. The Training area alone doesn't count.

Fastest win%, perhaps?

Or whatever people do in that game.
