@oujisan2236 Idk just the recommended brightness in game. It can be adjusted though for dark sections (Which I will probably do now that I think of it.)

Did a Knife Only Assisted (No NG+ Items) Run Casually last week with a 2:11:35 time (Might actually be higher dont know if I reloaded saves) But Assisted you can def get a Sub 2 hour run Knife Only with just the regular Knife. Part 1: Part 2:
@oujisan2236 Honestly u just got to practice the stairskating. You basically just want to Cancel every time u are gonna walk normally on the stairs but not so fast that u dont get the small boost. Its different timing if u are in Fine/Caution/Danger. Compared to the Pro speedrunners I assume my stairskating is pretty bad though.
