Should I add separate category for Local Multiplayer start?

Hello, I have a game which I moderate (and I'm the only runner of, so there's almost nobody else to ask), where it's possible to start in Local Multiplayer, then export your character and play with that character in single player campaign. Nobody used that before, so I'm not sure if it should be in the same Any% category. What do you think? Not much is different from the usual route, except this start and few portals are available for free.

If nobody else runs the game, then do whatever you think the best option is. If setting up the start is difficult and/or saves a significant amount of time, then I would split the categories, but I don't know anything about the game and can't give good advice. Just do whatever you feel is best.

Oh, heck, Sacred Gold. I meant to get that when it was on sale recently. Ah, well, I've already got plenty of runs to get around to.

As for what you should do, usually this kind of thing is up to the game's community. If it's not that big of a difference, just a minor exploit, it almost sounds like it should be just a strat that's allowed in Any% like anything else.

I've not had a chance to play the game of course, so I don't know the full extent of how much it changes things.

Yes, I moderate Sacred Gold, and the game's pretty fun to run (except BlessRNG part where you farm speed items :)). Local Multiplayer is one of the intended starts for the game which allows to go into the game faster. Many people actually start there even if they don't plan to play with others, 'cause it just skips some of the initial grind. I guess, I should allow it.
