Ive always wanted to speedrun but ive no idea on how to start. I only have a switch, any advice?

First its all about picking a game you enjoy. It doesn't have to be a good speedrun, as long as you enjoy it, its fine. I enjoy the Outlast series so I tend to speedrun those games.

Ideally, for console games, you want a capture card but most games on the leaderboard will allow you to submit times recorded from an external device (I.E Your phone). I wouldn't worry about that until later. Right now just pick a game you enjoy.
