I'm not seeing anything on site regarding a dox....though that video that was posted should basically get reported and flagged on youtube.

No, it's more like public shaming (or blackmail) but it should be removed I'm sure one of the mods will get to it.

As for the video itself, I highly recommend that you report it to youtube since that is where the source is coming from.

Guess we have a different definition of doxing.

The video aside, I've only seen saiyangaming cause needless drama everywhere he goes on the site. Not sure why such behavior is tolerated as often as it is.
