Just scroll down to the bottom of the list, and it will show all the most recent world records set.

It's probably worth noting that database isn't really complete (it has every world record before 2004 for sure, but not necessarily everything newer than that), and scrolling down to the bottom will probably take forever.

The Twitter bot is probably better for your uses.

You can look in the Statistics page next to a game you like, and mouse over the people who held WRs for a time and check their name. Then you can look in their profile and look at their obsoleted runs to find the former WR

IDK how you could find every WR for every game, but in my opinion, I don't understand most WRs for random games, and for me they're not enjoyable to watch unless the runner explains it (which rarely happens in attempts) so I would just rather watch WRs for specific games.
