The runs for new game plus easy are not showing up on the leader board.

Because the runs with tag "cheats - NO" are not showing.

I edited the lederboard. I divided the category "New Game Plus" to 2 subcategories - "No cheats" and "Cheat%".

Now this runs are showing.
