today a new 2nd place run was accepted. It links to a video way older than "today" (it's dated 1 Nov 2014 on Youtube), without timer, without proof of being RTA (could also be segmented and video-edited right after) and using DLC cars.
I guess we need specific rules ... as far as i'm concerned, the run is not valid before further proof, but it was accepted.
Few months ago I was thinking to add in Any% rules rule that NOT allows you use anything from DLCs. For some stupid reason I didn't do it. I apologize. Sorry.
Today I will check all runs for the presence of use any DLC items in them. If there will be too much, I'll think about creating another category called "Any% DLC" (or similar). But if not I will Reject all runs in which have been used items from DLCs (vlad20341's as well).
Also I'm not sure that the run on 2nd place is even vlad20341's run. Because video from PoPPro channel and in channel's about information written that the name of author is Vucskó Gábor (not Vlad) and channel country set Hungary (not Russia). And yeah dates are different.

- vlad20341's run was Rejected. Reason: Violation of the rules of Any% category: Use items from DLCs is NOT allowed.
Since this time I'll try to check personally every run that was submitted not by me.
So when using DLC Items is not allowed, does that mean that the suit which is the first option to pick in your closet isnt allowed as well?

yeah, that coat isnt allowed ... or better, it's allowed as long as you still get the coat in the cloth store
yeah exactly. If you get the coat from your house, you wont be asked to get one ... but as long as we still get it from the shop anyways, it's fine
