Support hub sucls - no response

We have a leaderboard that stopped working on support hub update day, no runs are showing, even fresh submissions. The runs are still there and listed by +speedrun.bot, just not showing on the site. Reported twice on support hub as site bug and request support. 5 days in, no response or confirmation at all, no record that i even made the reports in the first place. How can i escalate this and actually get someone to acknowledge we have an issue, never mind get it fixed?

I agree that the support hub sucks, because the lack of response or proper way to track your reports. But anyway, which game are you talking about? This sounds like the normal issue of a default variable.

@whiggy69 Changing the "trophy range" variable back and forth to "any" makes the runs visible. That's where you have something set as default that's causing the runs not to appear.

Hahhah42 thanks that fixed it, strange as we have not touched that variable for ages. This is why we need support forums and not this black hole support hub that just vanishes stuff without a trace
