I've got a question regarding the Gamecube Player. If I record this, would this be considered as a GBA? Or GBC?

And does it run as fast ?

If you mean what "platform" would you use for submissions, there is one specifically for Game Boy Player (GBP)

The Game Boy Player does run at a proper speed; so there is no time loss or gain as with the SGB and some emulators.
