Regarding any% runs, my only suggestion is that the run should start from a new game file, since in new game+ you are starting at a higher level, which allows for quicker fights early and also wizard cards carry between games, which can give an advantage in the fact that once certain cards are collected, they unlock chests in the card collector's room on the 5th floor that can give upgrades to spells early. But maybe new game+ can be in a category all its own?

I added any% NG+ as a category. The advantages of an NG+ file means it should definitely be separate to any% NG. And as us series moderators don't know much about this game, I've added you as a game moderator so you can properly sort out rules.
