I think it'd be cooler to have characters divided for their own WR. I believe it could bring more people into this part.

that would make wayyyy to many categories. its fine with SSB64. but for this game that would be ridiculous. All the characters + dlc + all the game modes, and difficulties (eg all star & classic 0.0, 5.0, 9.0 etc)

It would bring more people in. We'd just have to find a way to organize it.

I actually agree with this. One of the main things keeping me from running this game is I like to be able to have variety.

If there were 50+ subsateogries for everything, there wouldn't be much competition imo. Besides the few characters (i.e. Ganondorf) that do really well, most would be free WR.

I'm not wasting my time to have 55 sub-cats for nearly 10 different categories for only a couple of each being done with proof. Sorry but I am not allowing that. Pick the most optimal characters
