Any guides anywhere?

I have this game and the speedrun looks AMAZING. I'd love to get into it but can't find any guides. Do any of you have tips or tricks?

I would recommend learning electro early/early electro as it saves a whole lot of time since you don't have to backtrack later on in the run, to do it you either do it set-up less by walking into the room (the one preventing you from accesing electro without silvermanes upgrade), jump, do an up+right web zip run up the wall until right under the electric wall, hold jump for a bit, then do a down left web zip to make it past the electrical walls. Another way you can do it is slightly slower but easier and more consistent its the same thing except you wall climb until your right under the electric instead of web zip and have to time a jump. There are 4 other tricks but they don't save as much time as electro early/early electro and are not all necessary but some of them don't hurt to try, the two tricks you do at the beginning of entering noir&2099 don't lose time to go for, they either save time or lose no time. For the noir one you go through the portal and once the screen goes fully black hold right, jump, and web zip and keep holding until you see him start to web zip. The 2099 one saves more time (~7 seconds) but is harder since you have a 2 frame window button press after entering the portal right before the screen turns fully black. Mashing either fast or in a good rhythm helps me get it a lot more consistently but that's just me idk if it would anyone else. The next one does hurt a very little bit to try but nothing to reset over and is really inconsistent without a setup/visual cue, when escaping after beating up vulture in the 2nd to last room before the portal and the one right after a save room you can go up on the platform with a floating exploding thing right above it (trying to do my best to explain lol) and you can do a down left web zip and there's a bunch of different strategies but pretty much you just web swing when going down and you can make it through a tight gap above into a little place you normally would need webs able to stick onto the electric for and there's a damage upgrade that helps with combat. The last trick as of writing this is the glide conduit skip right before calypso, it saves about 20-30 seconds. To perform it you skip the glide conduit and go through the first room (there's nothing special to do here, you never needed the glide to get through there) but in the room after that is where the game has you required to have the glide as noir, except you can pass that room without it by when falling before the anti-web ceiling (you can do a set-up off the ledge before the fall to jump in the right spot in the air, i recommend watching one of my runs and seeing how to do it) hold up+right and I use the balcony thing in the background as a visual cue on when to press the jump button in air to perform the web swing (don't hold it just tap it) and if you keep holding right after spider man performs his web swing you should make it to calypso. If you fail it you lose some time but you can either go back and try again (which isn't recommended, it's slow) or you can actually climb up the walls that you normally can't web interact with by wall jumping then diagonal web zip downwards towards the wall then immediately jump off and repeat until your up since repeating it makes you slowly go up the wall. After all those "glitches" all there is is movement and combat optimization which is the most important part of the run, it helps to get a set way you do each rooms movement/combat if your going for a good time but doing some set movement/combat is sometimes impossible due to enemy RNG they can just move in the direction you don't want them to or other stuff so be prepared to either have a back-up or just kill them regularly setupless. Also trying to learn a set way you do everything is a bad thing imo to try to do when you first start out because your main focus there should be to memories the route and get better at the game (you will start to do the rooms in the same way every time without even realizing if you just play enough) and trying memorizing too much at once can be not fun. Practice is always the best thing you can do to get better and faster. Goodluck on any possible future runs!
