does it have to be a video that i send in or can it be an image with the time and me shown in first place because it is an older record of mine that i have only matched one other time and would be a pain in the ass to remake
Videos are mandatory for the top 10. The rules are right in front of your face.

Runs outside of the top 10 can be submitted with a screenshot. If it's a smaller category with ~8 runs, then we are a bit more lenient towards screenshots.
