Hello, I am fairly new and yes I am cringey because I want to speedrun a Minecraft map but when I try to add it I don't know whether to put "single game" or "game series", I think you put game series. After I figure that out, I don't know whether to put the link to the map or Minecraft, then for the video of my run. Do I time it or is it just go round showing everything. If someone could help me it would be appreciated

It would be a single game (game series would be something like Mario or Sonic), but it seems you've already requested the map and it's been denied. If so, feel free to do speedruns, but you won't be able to post them on this site. In general the moderators are trying to cut down on unnecessary game submissions.

Regardless, if you ever wish to submit games in the future, the process is:

Click "Single game" add link to website describing page, like Wikipedia or Steam (to show game significance) add link to a video of a speedrun (usually full-game category, to show at least one runner is interested enough to handle the game) add game name add release date add any notes

A custom map in Minecraft is not a stand-alone game. It won't be accepted.

I've seen enough worthy map speedruns in MC to warrant a category for maps. Like a per-level leaderboard.

Little new here, but it seems like there are plenty of maps that would make for some great content. As an example, the FTB (Feed the Beast) modpacks have released several 'challenge' maps with interesting puzzles, parkour maps, and other varied challenges that back in the day had leaderboards for speedrunning at PAX conventions.
