When the stream disconnect and reconnects, it makes up for a huge delay. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to restart the stream?

If you want your stream to stop dropping, you should seek out a stronger or more stable Internet connection. You need a good upload speed, and using ethernet rather than WiFi is a good option to get a strong, more reliable connection.

If your stream drops, there is nothing you can do about it really. I would recommend locally recording your runs as well as streaming so that way if there is an issue like this you will still have a full video without breaks in it.
