Just recently acquired a Japanese N64, and my Vizio hd tv wouldn't find a signal on it. It will run my PS2 just fine, but wouldnt find the 64. And it gave a notice like it could tell something was plugged in, but wouldnt display the picture or sound. So weird. Anyone know why this would be? I just had to bust out my old tube tv and it works fine, but it just sucks bc its so small haha

check if your TV actually supports the signal (NTSC-J) - if it doesn't, then you gotta play on yer tube or get a capture card that has passthrough.
