As of 11/10/16, all Lightning Returns runs will require video proof of the run in order to be verified and added to the leaderboards. Runs without video proof that were previously accepted will not be removed. The rules of each category will be updated over the next few days to reflect this.
because if a moderator has already said yes without a run video proof, why that person have the right to be on the leaderboard and another not ?
I think it's fine. If the video proof was not officially implemented until now there is no reason to retroactively apply the rule.
Pretty late to join in on the conversation, but I think the idea you presented is good Midget. I understand not wiping times off the board that went up before the rule was enforced, I agree that is the way to go. This is something that probably needed to be enforced a while ago, but I figure it just went without saying that video proof was required, despite the rule not being noted somewhere.
