Mod note: One minute added due to not having all passives as dodo did not turn in Kitavas Torment. As a matter of grace for first submission in 3.23 will allow submission but add the minute penalty. Note did resume timer to turn in. Adding 1 minute ontop of the resume. This does not affect point scoring for Rally, run is worth 1 pt in either scenario.
