Hi. I noticed most of the runs available not complete and only 2 mods. Could I please be a mod?

In the WR Glitchless run, in the Soviet Consulate when getting the data cartridge, he runs over to the machine as the phone sequence initiates. Its a glitch because he is away from the phone. Does that count as a glitch?
