In the WR Glitchless run, in the Soviet Consulate when getting the data cartridge, he runs over to the machine as the phone sequence initiates. Its a glitch because he is away from the phone. Does that count as a glitch?
Personally I don't think of it as a glitch because it seems to me like it's in the same vein as jumping closer to the makeup room with the phone. Really it's just playing the tone and walking away which anyone could do. I would consider it more of a glitch if the game kept you still while playing the tone but you could move anyway; kind of like getting off the lift even though there's invisible walls blocking you. I'm not sure what the mods think of it though, really if they thought of it as a glitch they probably wouldn't have accepted the run.
