I think we should use it in 100%. For 100% we will go with having the fastest RTA time. Any% and any% glitchless with use in game.

I do practise The Boardroom a lot so I'll try both methods and see which one works best for me. Thanks for the tips dudes!

Update. So I was getting towards the end of a run and I was in The Boardroom. I got my Shrykull and the game would let me use it until after a few quick loads! The sligs kept shooting me. I was getting my chant key ready ass soon as Abe fell down. Do you have to wait till he gets up or should he be chanting as soon as he gets up on me holding the button?

They might do Shade. But I don't think they'll post on this leader board though.

Basically, runs must be a single segment and glitches can be used.

The PC and PS4 times will be separate on the leaderboard. You can select PS4 and only PS4 runs will show up.

Update: Our very skilled runner Qwerku has got a 1:08 in-game time with some unexpected time savers here! Very impressive World Record indeed! G'day mate!

Update: I have fixed lagging issues on my laptop. All I had to do was change some settings on the Nvidia Control panel and now my game works smoothly! No lag at all!

Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty! The any% run is really broken and also the 100% is getting more glitches too!

I really like that Shrykull glitch. Whish I could do it in an any% run which would make the Boardroom easier.

Nice find. There is a DRM free version of New 'n' Tasty for Windows that I can try. The 1.03 file doesn't do much. So I will remove it because it doesn't do anything to the game.

Because there is no definition for a 100%. It's just going through the game as fast as possible using any glitches.

What spec are you guys using to record PC gameplay? I have a very good MSI GE60 gaming laptop and I was able just to record the game just fine without any lag. But now I'm experiencing lag whilst recording. But I also have Windows on a partition on my iMac and I can record the game smoothly on there.

In Zulag 4, if you rescue the Mudokons, the glitch disappears when you go to a new screen.

I have just uploaded my 1.03 file just in-case 1.04 turns off invincibility glitch.

Update: Patch is out. I can still do my favourite glitch!

News just in! Oddworld are releasing an update this week to PC and it will come with full controller support and full Windows 10 support. The game already works fine for me in Windows 10. I'll have to test the patch and see if the any% glitches still exist.

I'm streaming some any% this week and hope to improve my time!

Ok. For those who aren't getting the Scrabania skip to work, I have uploaded my save file to the Resources page for the PC version. You need to turn off Steam Cloud before overwriting your save.

Next year, I'm going to be practising both Abe's Oddysee and New 'n' Tasty any% just in case my runs get submitted for ESA 2016.

I have found some form of DDG in Abe's Exoddus but for now it's the electric fence DDG which is not good for a speedrun.
