yeah, resource packs with no advantages are allowed, but if someone tried playing with an awful resource pack with lot's of disavantages, and still got a WR, that would be an insane meta. 🤣

Yep obtain item is all about luck, and you never know if you're gonna get it within few seconds, minutes or after 300hours. 🤣

are you using the vanilla launcher? or have you tried MultiMC?

also that's strange that you can't run multi instance with that specs and graphics card.
once upon a time, a buddy and I ran a 2 instances of mincraft on MultiMC with a splitscreen mod and this was the specs of the PC we'd used:
⭐ i3 4th gen ⭐ 4GB ram ⭐ Nvidia GT 630
now arguably, that was a few years ago, but as I checked on a website, and our card, the GT 630, is apparently weaker than your card.

we ran minecraft on a local "Multiplayer" splitscreen mod, and it worked just fine. we used keyboard and mouse versus USB gamepad that time.

mostly I can find these one's online that are made mostly in china... but I wonder how heavy are they.
also, here's another idea for you, maybe you could also try using a laptop fan/cooler on a table at an angle, for your tablet while playing or doing a run instead of carrying it around.
