Do you mean running each world individually? You can discuss this with the moderators of the game's leaderboard.
you could try asking for it in the Feedback thread, https://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/g79jt or in the bugs thread, as the site shouldhave all countries already... https://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/onfz6
For consistency, we'll continue using the same method of timing as the game has used until now, however, due to the time no longer being visibly shown, we have to calculate it from the video footage. so there are a few restrictions for verification of runs made in 0.2.4:
-Video may not be altered in any way -Video must show selecting the hunt
For clarification: The game started its own timer when the first frame the loading screen appears, and stops it as soon as the last behemoth is slain. So, with unaltered video footage, we can just use these 2 points and calculate the time down to the frame.
I hope you are fine with this answer.

Hi there, welcome to speedrun.com! While a video would be much more preferred, if the rules of the game allow runs to be submitted with an image:
1.Upload your image to one of the many image sharing sites, like Imgur 2.Copy the link to that image 3.Place it in the description of the run you want to submit

Only "Pro" I can see would be that you can see your whole screen without the fingers in the way.
not really much to exploit, as it's just 3 buttons, your fingers don't start being faster just because you're using a different way of pressing these buttons^^
https://www.speedrun.com/Speedrunning/thread/davbu would be cool if we could keep this in one thread.
yeah that's why I wonder if he might've deleted some of his older runs, the run linked to in the rejected run is a nonvalid link also.
ffzThonking on my end the run is still rejected and mod is still kicking
so I checked his runs really quick, unless he deleted most of the rejected ones (dunno, can't check that) there's only one run that has been rejected, with another one up on the line to be rejected (Imo) - I don't see a problem here.
Rejected Run: https://www.speedrun.com/run/ydqwdkwm < I don't know if it was tempered with, but either way, immature behaviour of the mod. To be rejected (Imo cuz no video): https://www.speedrun.com/run/zpq2178y Runs that got accepted that have videos: 1 2 Runs that got accepted despite having no video: 1 2
1)I don't know how many things you know, but imo neat features, especially for streamers is the possibility to show neat information like estimated run duration, the current WRs video, or other stuff like how many times you pressed a button.
2)for some games there's autosplitters, that use magic to determine what the game is currently doing, so they can time down to the frame, and stop the timer when there's a loadscreen happening, for games that don't have this there usually comes a muscle memory after a while, so the runner doesn't consciously split, but rather the body is doing it out of habit so the runner can fully concentrate on the run - you can see this sometimes at events like GDQ where at some points a runner stretches out his/her hand to split, only to hit the desk / air.
3)¯_(ツ)_/¯ they're named however it pleases the creator.
it depends heavily on the game. for example Monster Hunter games and similar games with levels that aren't story-restricted have the problem that full game run parts of these levels are a lot slower than the pure IL runs, simply because of items aquired later in the game.
for games that are purely IL that have set stuff for each IL, it can work, for example Akane the Kunoichi runs could be translated 1:1 into ILs without a problem.
Another question: is it possible to restrict IL categories from specific levels?
could you elaborate on that?
@veeshadow the variable "difficulty" has a default set, uncheck the default and the run will appear.
ffzThinkingUMU imo it IS important to treat all runs with the same respect, so checking them the same as if they were #1 is the appropriate way to handle them.
/edit cuz you also edited: before burning out, a second person should be consulted to speed things up.
@SpiderSponge Pokemon Bank is a storage service for multiple pokemon games, there can't be a speedrun of Pokemon Bank the question is if the storage service would be allowed to be used in a run, as you can bring in High Level pokemon into the run, cutting down on exp-gathering. As I've said in my first reply - for any% runs or any other run that starts from a new file, no, it'd not be allowed, as it would bring outside material into the run. For runs that start from postgame, it might be allowed to use, since you're already supposed to be at postgame, after all.
Requesting Moderator for game: Akane The Kunoichi Moderator has vanished on all platforms 2 months ago (last video, last tweet, etc. all 2 months ago). I've sent a twitter msg, but I doubt I'll get a response.
You could use an Y cable to split the audio from the headphone jack of the switch, then use one for your headphones and one to an audio input on your streaming PC, simply have OBS delay the audio output by as much as your external card's video feed is delayed.
Example of Y splitter cable on amazon
(with only reading the title I thought you were having issues with audio relating to Surround Sound, on my card that leads to BotW's voices to be missing from cutscenes.)
