It should be fine as long as the run starts when everyone is in and ends when everyone is in. If the run ends and someone is not in the world, the run is invalid I believe.

As someone who speedruns only on Xbox One, I recommend streaming your runs on Twitch. After that, if one of your runs is good or is WR, you can make a highlight, download it, then upload it to Youtube. After doing that, you can upload it to speedrun.com. PS. If you can't upload videos on YT that are over 15 minutes like me, just submit the link to the twitch highlight to speedrun.com

All of my runs are on console so I will tell you how I do it. I stream all of my runs on twitch and if one is a good run or is WR, I end the stream and highlight that part of the stream. You can then download the highlight and upload it to YT. Then you can submit the YT video to speedrun.com. This is how I do it, ut you can also get a capture card if you want to.

Show coordinates are allowed, but I am not sure about the shared controls. I don't even know what shared controls are because I no longer play mobile Minecraft. If you can describe shared controls to me I can probably give you an explanation
