Look at the screenshot Fau sent to you, you clearly aren't supposed to add it to the exception list.
What is the other part of the address? that is what's important, not the c0000005 part
Cool strat, but if you're waiting for the helicopter anyway on the hit the courier i don't think this saves any time. You'll get there faster, but you'll still need to wait for the heli anyway
Barely anyone runs 100%, and I doubt those that do care about having LS 100% at all.
In that screenshot Pweasil clearly states the issue first cmonBruh
@LESHENKA Thanks to Powdinet? cmonBruh
As you all are aware, recently all of Anti's and Husho's runs were removed from the Vice City leaderboard due to them both confessing to cheating. Anti's situation received a huge amount of attention, including him receiving a lifetime ban from submitting. Husho was overshadowed by all this, but this doesn't mean action won't be taken.
This being said, Husho is no longer welcome to submit any times to this leaderboard.
Anti's situation has already been handled, you can view it here - https://www.speedrun.com/gta/thread/1q8w4
When you do the 0 star glitch there's a chance while it is active (although rare) that you will be teleported back to the airport. To avoid this you should save and load at some point to remove the glitch after completing Saint Mark's Bistro
The link is set to never expire, why would you need a new one?
This is brought up fairly often across the series and I say the same thing every time. Cheat% is just the same run but without any challenge, and therefore it isn't interesting. The information console is an interesting idea, but most of these runs are just a speedrun with infinite health and ammo
Idk why you would make an alt just to ask about LS%, but I respect the dedication.

You'll need to reboot your PC if you've made a change recently
After more research it turns out 006f3330 is related to your DEP settings, you need to change them to their defaults. They need to look like this
For instances like this I always search the discord for the address to see if others have had the same issue, someone has had this before and it seems possibly that it's to do with missing files. (Assuming you're using the JP converter?) If so, have you tried redoing the conversion? Does the converter fail at all?
