Because of the recent influx of people in the Any% Bad End category. I've seen that most people decide to start their timer when the screen turns black instead of after the green arrow disapears, which has about 2 seconds of difference.

Because of this, i've decided to change the timing rules to reflect the majority. I will be manually retiming each run to start when the screen first turns black. Thanks!
