Take elevator to 5F 5F: Sell TM34 and Nugget, then buy 11 X Accs, 7 X Speeds, 3 X Attacks and 6 X Specials - With bad Attack: one fewer X Spec, one more X Attack - With bad Speed: one fewer X Spec, one more X Speed 6F: Buy Soda Pop, then Fresh Water, then trade them for TMs, then buy second Fresh Water 4F: Buy Poke Doll 2F: Buy TM07, then buy 10 Super Repels
Get HM02, then open the menu and do the following:

Swap slot 2 item with Super Repels Teach Fly to flier Teach Horn Drill to Nidoking over Thrash Swap slot 3 item with X Accs Teach Ice Beam (D3) over Bubblebeam Use a Super Repel Swap slot 4 item with X Speeds Teach Rock Slide (D3) over Horn Attack Fly to Lavender

Get both candies
Use both candies to reach L46, then get the Secret Key
Dig out, then Fly to Cinnabar and bike to the gym

Lance: X Spec, TB, IB, X Speed, IB x2 (X Speed on first Dragonair if can survive Hyper Beam)
Heal to full unless <11 Speed
Champion: X Spec, IB, EQ, X Acc, Drill x3 (EQ Magneton and Flareon if no Elixer)

With <11 Speed: IB, get freeze, X Acc, X Speed, IB, Drill x5 (if crit instead, skip X Speed, get Kinesis and EQ Zam)
