Okay so I was originally doing this on the PS2 as it had less to render and was less laggy but after loads of attempts I decided to switch over to the X-Box 360 version (although was being played on the X-Box One) as a try. I had an I-Phone with me to time it (which you'll see a screenshot of at the end) and started the time as soon as the the loading for the level starts and ended the time as soon as the loading for the next level begins. I managed to use the left side of the log to my advantage as it is the first to tip over before swiftly getting into the water and then using look down to gain some speed at the very end.
