My first question is what do we need to complete a 100% run? All guild missions or something? The rules don't say. Next question is what are the rules regarding emulated runs or runs without video? Lastly, I was wondering how do you unequip stuff from characters? I think I used to know how to do it but I just can't seem to figure it out now xP.
PS: I noticed the console list doesn't include ps3/x360 VC's so someone should probably update that (unless they're banned or something).
Hi! Just started routing this game myself. To unequip items just go into equip menu, the character you want to unequip, and press left. For the rest I don't know what the rules are, but true 100% should be guild missions and all optional dungeons(wreckage, that earthquake plant with demi, and there's one at dezo as well I believe?), but there's a 100% run up, check it and see what that player does :)
This is something I have brought up to Jiseed as he said he was soon going to plan to do 100% again. From what I am understanding, 100% involves visiting all towns, completing all side-quest dungeons (in any% you visit Wreckage for xp and items, but in 100% you would actually activate the cutscene at the control panel, for example. Plate System, Climate Control, Weapon Plant, and Anger Tower are also included), as well as all 8 guild missions (which include all bosses minus Re-Faze). At least, this is what I assume. I sent a message to Jiseed a while back to see what he thought, but have yet to get a response.
Once I hear back from him on what he considers to be 100%, I will post the rules on 100%.
In regards to your other questions: I know that PStar4 is on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for PS3 and X360, so I will add those in momentarily. Emulators are okay, just mark the checkbox when you submit your game. I prefer games with videos right now, especially if you're submitting a game that is going to be in the top 3 of the leaderboard or close. If the game becomes a big speedrun game, I may waive that rule except for low times.

I'm still currently running the game but I'm a jerk and I swear a lot when I stream and things are going poorly on a run. See: 3rd place run. >_>
