v4.2: broken file replaced v4.1:

  • Increased size of timer so it doesn't get cut off at low resolutions.
  • Higher accuracy timer (should now be millisecond-acurate, previously had an error of up to 10-16ms per save/load).
  • Implemented display that game ended since it wasn't always clear with the automatic game closing being disabled. The message will disappear on the next save/load.
  • Removed undokey since it was faulty and I never saw anyone use it.
  • Ending conditions for mods can now be set in a seperate file and don't have to be changed every time you switch.
  • There is now a message when manual reset mode gets turned on/off. --- changes since last test version
  • The FPS display/limiter has been removed again as it didn't work correctly and would probably cause more confusion than help.
  • Updated the Union patches to their current versions.
  • Some video endings (PlayVideoEx()) didn't work.
  • Added "Undead Dragon Kill" "mod" that pauses the timer after killing the Undead Dragon. (It changes nothing, the timer only checks for the mod's name.)
  • External function "zSpeedRunTimer_End()" added. Together with the Parser Extender this allows you to hook parts of the game's scripts to stop the timer.

  • A category gets PC/Switch subcategories, when a Switch run is submitted.
