Finally got the sub-1 plus the record. Couldn't get the old WR strat to work for the life of me so I had to Frankenstein my own together. Found a semi-consistent double hit setup that produces the same effect as the old Phase 2 (and by "semi-consistent" I mean it works like 1 out of every 4 times if your lucky). Phase 3 mash felt really good too.

Definite room for improvement on this one (better death blows, movement, execution, etc). Especially if the old "Wii is better than Switch for this fight" rumor is true.
