When I try posting a time for san andreas it just says 00 minutes and 00 seconds and I made sure to put my time (which is 8 hours 58 minutes 53 seconds) idk what the problem is... can someone help? I can't delete the run either so I will never be able to post my time for san andreas.
Your submission came through just fine, but a video is required, so without a video the run will not be accepted.
Rejected: No video. http://www.speedrun.com/gtasa/run/3799
I didn't stream it cause I didn't have a twitch account and I didn't record It... and why do I see other people's times when they don't have a video?
Towards the end of 2013, on the old leaderboards, it was required to submit a video for verification purposes. If you look at the date for some runs that has no video, it's a run that was submitted before the rules were enforced (October-November-ish).
"Legacy run" as it was called.
thanks.. i guess i'll have to stream a run then
What can i use to stream gta san andreas for pc onto twitch?
"The Frame Limiter needs to be set to ON in the game options or the frame rate limited to a maximum of 30 fps."
Happy?
I downloaded xsplit... how do I get livesplit to show up on the screen if im using xsplit to stream?
S what do you use to stream gta san andreas and have the splits on the screen at the same time?
If you want to overlay splits then you need to add a "Window Capture" source and select Livesplit for the window.
How do you do that? i dont have the purchased version of xsplit so can you tell me where and how i do that?
It's better to get OBS (http://obsproject.com) It's free, simple and the almost everyone uses it around here.
Edit: What Patrick says down below.
If you are sure that you want to stream, I recommend that you search YouTube for an OBS tutorial. I feel that short descriptions/screenshots probably won't help you a lot if you do not know how OBS works.
There is no need for splits, btw, streaming the gameplay is enough.
Hey... I got another question. How do I make a speedrunslive account so I can race other people?
