I haven't speedrunned (speedran?) anything yet, and I was inspired to start, and with Pokemon Red/Blue. I have a Gameboy Advanced with Pokemon Blue. I want to know if:

1. I can have a good speedrun with a Gameboy advanced
2. If I could get some general tips on how to start out (I already have live split)
3. What would be a decent beginner speedrun time, and
4. What would be the best way to take a video of the speedrun.
