Unlocks the Limited Edition & SCPD Rebels Pack content for the PC version of Hot Pursuit. Download the file and copy it into your "GAMELOGIC" folder in your Hot Pursuit directory. Make sure to backup your current "GAMELOGIC" folder to revert changes (if needed).
