A lot of movement optimization, most puzzles were already optimized. 1 death near the end, and fell once in a puzzle room.

I haven't learned or practiced the two skips yet, I'm not sure if they save that much time, they're pretty dangerous too.

sub-49 might be possible, I'm not sure yet, need to test more and learn new skips.
