This was the first run I finished. Practicing bosses really payed off!

Notable places to save time (by split) are: 1: 30s by not taking a detour to get extra items 2: 25s by not missing slides (15s), & getting a better Papercraft Goomba fight (10s) 3: 40s by executing Pokey Skip instantly 4: none 5: 20s by buying the EXP boosting card in Gloomy Woods (10s) & getting Mount Brrr Tunnel Early instantly (10s) 6: 1m 15s by fast forwarding the cutscene while getting WTW, & better movement (15s), & not having to reset because I didn’t add the EXP card to my set (1m) 7: 1m 40s by not hitting a wall when flying (10s), & not getting an encounter (1m 30s) 8: 2m 40s from not being hit by a blade (10s), flying over the statues first try (30s), & not messing up the Final Smash strat (2m) 9: 20s by buying items quickly 10: 2m 10s by not taking an extra trip to Mount Brrr (1m 30s), & by having a faster Roy & Wendy fight (40s) 11: 2m 15s by not buying 1-Ups at Mount Brrr, buying battle cards faster (45s), remembering to heal and not having to go back to the heart block (45s), & using Fire Flower against Shiny RoboBowser when he has his armour on (45s) 12: none Plus 40s from not doing ~8 safety saves.

This totals 12:55, but estimated time saves are approximate. A minute could also be saved with better RNG on Final Smash. More time could be saved by:

• Skipping getting coins: I ended up with >1000 extra.
• Not buying Star Wear, but I'm not planning to do that soon.

Based on my potential time saves an amazing run could be 3:15, & with new coin routing maybe 3:10. If we skipped Star Wear the time could be even lower!
