Few things on the new update:
It's now possible to cross lines over lines (instead of only stations). Trains will run slower as they're crossing.
New Map (San Francisco) is added.
Because there's a new map I think the best thing to do would be to reset all 100/500 All Levels Tour times and start anew, now including SF. I can't see a scenario where we keep the old runs now that they're outdated effectively.

At some point, we should make sure to edit the rules on the full-game categories to identify which build is the current build, so that we can keep all speedruns on the same version of the game. We might have to change this again and again later down the road, but I think it's necessary to keep the competition fair, and to account for new maps and gameplay mechanics.
Additionally, I think we should keep on gamma12 until the rollback ends, just for consistency and to avoid any potential problems with gamma13.
