New resource (Tool)
This is a simple batch tool that automatically changes the time to November 21, 2015, and 8:20:50. Used for Beginner runs. You must run it as administrator or else an error will appear.

Only works on systems with the date format mm-dd-yyyy.

I don't know if you read the rules, but manipulating the windows time in begginer is not allowed.
