I realized that 44 is possible, but I never thought that such a low 44 is possible. What a run. Everything came together, especially the speedkeep in the end where I did not hit the curb going onto the grass, which saves a ton of time during the last stretch. That being said, I was faster by 0.2 seconds at the 2nd checkpoint, and the downwards turn lost a bit of time since I didn't take it optimally. Therefore, a totally perfect run would probably even be a 43.
