I finally managed to sort of hit the record strat, but similar to wowoitsbobo, 1 guard always survives. Sadly in my run the guard was also a bit far away, so I wasted additional time running to him. But I'm still happy with the run. Just next time I need to figure out how to kill all of the guards without having to do a slow finish!
