Just cleaned up the movement a bit and saved a decent chunk of time! I'm not 100% sure if Short Hop is faster than Full Jump, but it felt that way so it's what I went with. The movement can still be cleaned up, but it's still a pretty good improvement over my old record!

Note: It is possible to skip to the starting point if you take the left side at the shooting tank, but I don't know if it's faster or just slower than the normal route. But it's worth checking out in future runs, just in case!
