Might have inaccurately converted 60 fps to MS. Also, I was able to find an archived .jar of 0.0.23a_01, so I was able to get the version on my PC, not the web.
Mod: Time starts at 6.900 and ends at 15.967 at 60 fps to get a final time of 0m 09s 067ms. Retimed using SPRT
