I did some testing and I found what I think is the fastest way to kill B.B. at the end. You need to jump onto right corner of the van, hug the right side as you run up onto the roof and then walk off and reach the area with the pillar like I did. After you do that, go back and damage the barrels as fast as you can with a nade or the M79 and B.B. will die instantly.
