I incorporated Ridd3r's superjump onto the falling shelving unit, which along with walking off of it saves about 0.5 seconds.

I figured out a somewhat consistent way to do the fire skip with only one jump without taking any damage, which I was able to pull off in this run.

The ending strat here is as fast as doing two superjumps at the end, so I opted for this ending route where I only do one.
