There's a new strat I found for this level. You can superjump off of the balcony to get down to the lower floor, which skips having to walk over to the other side of the balcony to get down to the lower floor.

I added a very minor optimization by walking up the steps and walking off them to fall down onto the steps leading into the cellar. Right after that, there are two more optimizations I implemented from Ridd3r's run. I shoot the tripmines instead of jumping over them, and I jump over the box instead of taking a longer path by walking around it.
